The suffix may have been discussed here, but I don't see it.

Anyway, this compound is new:

2025 _Deadline: White House_ (MSNBC TV) (Apr. 28):  He's also saying things
like "I rule the country" and "I rule the world," which seems very
autocracy-forward.
