"Goblintimacy" appeared back in 2023, in the wake of "goblin mode" making the OUP WOTY list. It got some press coverage back then, but doesn't seem to have gained much real traction. There's no Urbandictionary entry, for example.
 
Maybe this latest round of press articles will spark something, but I kinda doubt it. It appears to be more a recycling of old material for clicks rather than a real uptick in usage.
