I have seen that some cannot agree on a definition for the word
'corpus'. The translation I am familiar with and have seen used is
الكتلة اللغوية
I believe it is the one that best defines the English concept.

The word مدونة (mudawwana) is today associated with blogs (as well
as family civil code, esp. in Morocco). But it appears to denote
"corpora" very well when used in the phrase مدونة لغوية
(mudawwana lughawiyya = linguistic corpus). The term لسانيات
المدونة also seems to be a good rendering of "corpus
linguistics." There is some evidence of this usage:

The phrase مدونة صوتية is widely used for "audio blog" so
"speech corpora" would need to be rendered as مدونة لغوية
صوتية .
The word مكنز (maknaz) is occasionally glossed as "corpus" although
it appears to be associated primarily with thesauruses, especially
those of technical and domain specific terminology (such as the FAO’s
multilingual Agrovoc Thesaurus = مكنز اجروفوك).
