Greetings.
I don't know of any Arabic-language novel written in any of the main Iraqi dialects -- Baghdadi (central), Moslawi (up north), or Basrawi (down south) -- several of the better-stocked Arabic bookstores here in southern California carry CDs of plays -- produced by Iraqi American theatre groups in the US -- in which the characters speak in those dialects (mostly Baghdadi). Glad to provide titles and ordering data if those might assist your research.
Khair, in shaa' Allah.
Regards,

Dear Zainab,
The first version (1966) of Fuad Takarli's الرجع البعيد used a great deal of Iraqi dialect in the dialogue.
All the best,
taoufiq
