conclusion. In the Introduction, the author discusses the relations
between language and politics in the contemporary Arab World and
outlines, in the first chapter, the main developments of addressing
political speeches to Arabs in the Last 150 years. The second chapter
discusses in detail the role of presidential ghostwriters in shaping
Arab political discourse in particular and Arab politics in general.
The last of these theoretical chapters addresses methodological
issues. The book tackles in his two analytical chapters how metaphors
