Dear Asthma,

As a non-Saudi person, you can be able to do your masters in Saudi Arabia.
However, you need to be sponsored by one of the official bodies in Tunis.
This is the requirement that most Saudi Unis do. They require this.

As for being sponsored by one of Saudi Unis, I don't think there is
 something such that.

BTW, most Masters degree in Saudi Arabia are in Applied Linguistics if you
are specialised in English Language. There are many people applying for
this degree. So it seems to be not easy for a person to get a place there
unless this person is sponsored by one of the official bodies like a
university or an organisation. As for Saudi Universities, see for example
King Saud University
Umm AlQura University
King Abdulaziz University
You find non-Saudis who are studying at these universities.

As for being sponsored, have you thought of visiting British Council in
your country? they may sponsor your studies who knows!.

Wish you the best
Muhammad
