Dear Info-Chibolts,
  It appears that the version of CLAN for Windows that was posted on July
10 had a serious editor bug that messed up the display of all but the
first line of the file.  Leonid fixed this bug just now and the new
version is on the server.  Unlike the bug I reported in a version from a
few weeks ago, this bug was not dangerous since it just made the program
unusable and didn't hurt any data.  But, if you got a version of Windows
CLAN in the last few days, please remove it and get a new one.
  This instability is a result of the fact that Leonid is finishing up the
last stages of his shift to Unicode and some of those changes are
accidentally affecting some other components. Hopefully the process of
migration to Unicode will be over soon and stability will return.
