Question about Brill's rules

Dear chibolts groups,

Has anyone had the problem of running post and having it run correctly
except for a warning which says that there are no Brill's rules in
this database?

Here are the exact words I get on my warnin, plus one line before it
and one line after it:

Using file:      C:\CHILDES\CLAN\lib\MOR\eng\eng.db.
warning: the are no Brill's rules in this database.
Using tags file: C:\CHILDES\CLAN\lib\MOR\eng\posttags.cut.

Any help is appreciated,
