Question about Brill's rules

Dear Gaby,
You can ignore this warning message. In fact, training with
Brill rules ends up producing more inaccurate results that training
without Brill rules, so I have stopped even considering using Brill
rules. It is possible that they are useful for some purposes, but I
haven't found them useful for what we are doing yet. I see that your
database is called eng.db, which indicates that you are using a
version of MOR that is at least a year out of date. In general, we
recommend continually updating both CLAN and MOR. Updating MOR is
important because I made significant improvements in POST first in
March and then later in June.
