problem with SALTIN

I just ran SALTIN on a batch of transcripts and had some trouble with
the resulting files: there's no @ID tier inserted, so CHECK chokes. I
am running CLAN under Windows; I am using a version downloaded about a
week ago.

Any help would be much appreciated.
