Brill's rules

Hello

I have been trying to use the new MOR/POST for French from the CHILDES
website. But each time I run MOR on a file, I get the following error
message:
warning: the are no Brill's rules in this database.
The result is that in the output, all of the MOR tiers are removed.

The strange thing is that about 3 weeks ago I did it and it worked.  

Am I doing something wrong?
