abandoned/interrupted utterances

Thank you for the responses. I think I got an error message because I didn't
put the postcode in quotes, but now it works like a charm.

The error message is a little confusing, since it says:

-s@ or -s option can not be used together with either option +s@ or +s.
Offending word is: [+]

This made me think I might have to strip out all the abandoned/interrupted
utterances by hand. I am very grateful to learn that's not the case!
