code mixing within a word

we are working on bilingual first language acquisition of Filipino
children growing up in environments where code mixing of Tagalog and
English is common.
while we easily code entire words in the "second" language using the
@s or [-en] options, we are having trouble figuring out how to
indicate the languages when there is coding mixing within a word, for
example:
"binlow"
where "blow" is english
and "in" is a tagalog infix that indicates past tense.
would welcome your suggestions.
thank you,
