Preferences about warning messages

Hi there

I just wondered if there is any way to change preferences about warning 
messages? Since installing the latest CLAN, one pops up saying "Please 
remember to run CHECK whenever you save a file". I am nipping in and out of 
files a lot and so it would be great if I could turn this message off. It 
isn't a massive problem but just thought I'd check.
