CLAN installation problem

Dear Leonid,

Thank you for your answer and suggestions.

The data - transcription and media - are well in the same folder, and 
are not on a network.
These are computers installed in classrooms for students. CLAN is well 
installed on the computers to which we have access.
With the computer scientist, we tried the two solutions you propose. 
Neither one of them works.

However, now, when we open the transcription and go get the video media, 
we have access to the sound and the transcription scrolls with the 
sound, but the video window does not appear.

The installed version of windows is: Windows 10 - 1709. We are using the 
latest version of CLAN well.
