Tier %mor error

Hello,

I checked my input file and it says that there are no errors. I ran the 
code freq @ +t*CHI +sm|n,|n:* and this was the output:


TIER "%MOR", ASSOCIATED WITH A SELECTED SPEAKER,
         HASN'T BEEN FOUND IN THE INPUT DATA!

Is the code wrong? How do I fix this error?
