There are numerous reason why this might not work for you all based on how your computer is configured. If you are using Mac, then please read For Macintosh: section on https://dali.talkbank.org/clan/ <https://dali.talkbank.org/clan/> web page. If you are using laptop computer, then F2 key might be shared with other functionality and you need to press Function key first or reconfigure your system setup. You might also be missing the right font to display this character. We use Arial Unicode font which is installed with MS Word app.

It is very difficult to guess why F2+/ does't work for you without having more information about your computer system and exactly what is not working. You can also try to select menu "Window->Special Characters" and select character from there.
