MOR tier for German corpora

Hi Lanna,

	We do not recommend using old MOR command anymore. From your example "v|rufen" it looks like your data's %mor tier was created by old MOR command. Please, look at our web page https://talkbank.org/0info/mor/index.html for how to use recommended UD system.

If you still need to use old MOR, then I will leave this to someone with better knowledge of how to create %mor tiers to give you a better suggestion.
