Hi Leonid,

Thank you very much for explaining the cause of the problem and for
forwarding my message to the person responsible for the Browsable Database.
I have now confirmed that the same file-access error also occurs with KWAL,
so it appears to be related to the security module rather than to a
particular command.

I understand that the problem may not be fixed immediately. In the
meantime, I will use the desktop version of CLAN and the downloadable data
files as you suggested.
