	1920s and 1930s in northern Idaho.
FA was another USFS ranger; I did not note his full name.
USFS means that the United States Forest Service is credited with naming
	the feature in question.
[   ] indicates a name whose precise history is not attested.
Other items are supplied with their own histories in this list.

All the items above are either (A) described as having CJ names or (B)
	named with words known to be in CJ.
