27 issues of the TW were published between 1990 and 1994.  Duane has
back issues in storage (still has all of the issues, I believe) which he
sells for the original cover price of $2 each, plus $3.25 shipping and
handling for each order.

I haven't forgotten the book (or getting Gibbs or part of Shaw posted on
the Web site, which I have long promised the group).  I'm starting to
feel a bit better now (finally) and am currently rushing to catch up on
overdue chores and returning favors.  I am plowing my way down the list
toward them, honest!
