Sorry for the delay... Was quite busy lately...
I remember discussing this 'burdash' thing with Jeff months ago.
Yes, Mike, this word (since the situation it describes itself is not in
common use either !!! ;-) is actually not in common use nowadays in
French but I also found it in dictionaries. And thanks to Alan (and
Forrest) extensive message, we all know much about 'ba/erdache'... at
least more than the average French speakers !
