I'm cleaning my Chinook mailboxes trying to dig up a number of BC
contacts who surfaced via email over the last two years, and came across
the following that seems suitable for forwarding to the list.  I think
some of you have interest in Hawaiian matters.  It was Aunty who first
clarified the origin of Kanaka for me when I was first building my
webpages.
