Read aloud: probably something like "qwinam handrid tawsan", "sitkom
milion" or "haf milion".  English borrowings seem most common in KW for
numbers above five.
Written out:  in shorthand.  :-)  Note, Father Le Jeune had some shorthand
symbols for huge numbers like 10,000, but almost never used them.
