That's the same for Nuuchahnulth: /muunaa/ "machine, engine", can be 
specifically a locomotive of a train ("railroad" - /ninoot/)

/muunaa/ is, like many loanwords in final vowel or /-n/, incorporated 
into the lexicon with the connector /-q/ that surfaces in certain 
compounds, thus
/muunaqil~/ "build an engine"
/muuna at aqtliqs/ "speed boat" (machine+inside+in-boat) [/-q/ becomes 
epiglottal /-@/ thru glottalization]
/mumuuna at aal~uk/ "engineer", specifically "log dump operator" (logging)
