I suspect this may be part of the considerable Coast Salish loan stratum
in Lilloet (with a smaller stratum in Thompson).  But maybe it's cvloser
to being pan-Salish; I don't know.

Lillooet & Thompson:

s-p'aq'-m "flower"

No cognate for this is listed for Shuswap or Okanagan.

Similar words are all over Coast and Interior Salish.  

I got tripped up in my hard-to-use Shuswap dictionaries.
