Francisc, nice work.  Here's my understanding of the meaning:

"I want to talk to you about this one particular letter to Angelina.
I'm upset.
Please don't write that name McDonald for Angelina.
I don't like that name.
When that baby was just born, that man deserted his baby, and I took it.
That baby is growing strong now with me.
I deserve that baby and I've spent my money, it's growing strong now.
Nobody else would take it, it's really my baby now.
Quite a lot of people say to me, I deserve that baby.
Please don't write that name for Angelina; when you send that name for 
Angelina, I'm upset. 
Goodbye.
