More CW "number" names

One kind of Jargon personal name is a number + a given name. The example I
knew of this before was "Lakit Joe" from Squamish, thanks to a remark by
Peter Jacobs.

In a Canim Lake letter I've just found a guy giving his name(s) this way:

"Naika nim Mokst Sholi, pi wiht naika nim Sho.
Alta naika mash naika nim Ixt Sho."

"My name is Second Charlie, and my name is also Joe.
Lately I've given up my name First Joe."

I'd love to know the story behind that!
