Corpora: Availability of British 18th and 19th Century Corpora

Does anybody have information on the availability of 18th and 19th century British written corpora?

I am particulalry interested in material which is freely accessible or readily downloadable or relatively affordable.

I am a relative newcomer to this field of research, so all leads are greatly appreciated.
