Corpora: Release of Link Grammar Version 4.0

We would like to announce the release of version 4.0 of the Link Grammar
parser:

The new version has several significant new features.  Perhaps the most
important is a system for deriving a constituent representation of a
sentence from a linkage:

  (S (NP the quick brown fox)
     (VP jumped
         (PP over
             (NP the lazy dog))))

The new release also includes a simple toy system for translating German
to English (as well as a simple dictionary for parsing German).
