Hi Marcial,
As regards the German language and any work on freqency vocabulary etc., a good
starting place would be the website for the Institut fuer Deutsche Sprache:
www.ids-mannheim.de
I can't promise anything, as it's hard to tell exactly what you're after, but
that is the place you're most likely to find something. If not, try emailing
one of the staff in the relevant department (the addresses are on the website).
They are very helpful and knowledgeable and will be able to tell you what is
going on in terms of research elsewhere in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
