Hello,
MAny thanks to everyone who answered my inquiry about a German corpora.
There seems to be little computational material available regarding German
produced by NNS.
Below is a summary of many interesting web-sites:

http://www.elda.fr
1. Institut fuer deutsche Sprache (IdS), Mannheim:

2. Michael Barlow's Corpus Linguistics page:

3. European Language Resources Association:
http://www.icp.grenet.fr/ELRA/home.html
4. Linguistic Data Consortium:
http://www.ldc.upenn.edu
http://data.georgetown.edu/FLIRT/docs/advlearn.htm>.
So far, Spanish and ESL learner data are online. French learner data and
English native speaker baseline data will be uploaded shortly. These data
are accessible at this address: <http://data.georgetown.edu/FLIRT/>,
Thank you once again!
Kindest regards from
Christina
