Corpora: maximum entropy modeling toolkit

Dear all:
I am working on Maximum Entropy Model. Does anyone has
the Eric Ristad's Maximum Entorpy Modeling Toolkit?
(Released in Dec 31,1996, Version 1.3 beta)
I cannot find it from it's original ftp site:
ftp://ftp.cs.princeton.edu/pub/packages/memt/

Any other information related to Maximum Entropy is welcome!
