[Corpora-List] NP-chunker

Dear colleges,

Can anyone help me find   an NP-chunker  for english to use it as a part
of  an information extraction system. The corpus I'm using is a
collection of transcribed telephone conversations; so it would be nice
if the system is a rule based system and could be easily extended to
deal with constructions that are characteristic of spontaneous speech.
