An extensive list of on-line newspapers was compiled early in 1996 by Isabel
Trancoso,
imt at elis.inesc.pt, of ELSNET's Resources Task Group.
It was our original intention to post the full list here but it has been
updated and is now
maintained by Oliver Christ, oli at ims.uni-stuttgart.de.
Thus only the e-address is shown:
