[Corpora-List] Is Tambovtsev's abstract published in Prague web site?

Dear colleagues, I have no access to web sites. I wonder if you could tell me if my abstract for the coming linguistic congress in Prague was published on the congress web site? If yes, then in what form? I would be really thank full if you could send me a copy of it in the txt format as a normal e-mail message, that is without an attachment. I cannot receive attachments. The Prague congress is to begin soon, but I have not received any official letter of invitation from Prague to get a Czech visa. I wonder if you received your invitations by now. Under the rule of the communists I was not allowed to go to linguistics conferences in other countries. Now I should have visas which I cannot receive without official letters of invitation, which never seem to arrive on time, if at all. I wonder if you could advise me anything?
