I suggest the Fromkin Speech Error Database (the largest collection of "collections of slips" in various languages). It is not exactly a corpus in a strict sense. It offers materials from various sources, collected mainly with online transcription methods.

There is also a famous paper specifically on this subject: Garnham, A. "Slips of the Tongue in the London-Lund Corpus of Spontaneous Conversation." Linguistics. An Interdisciplinary Journal of the Language Sciences 19.7-8 (1981): 805-17.

Subject: [Corpora-List] slips of the tongue

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a corpus out there for slips of the tongue or self-repair in spoken English?
Thanks.
