Hi,
I've taught a corpus linguistics class recently. As main textbook, I
used McEnery&Wilson, "Corpus Linguistics", though I must say that I
didn't use it intensely.
Along with that, I used two online resources: Martin Wynne's
Developing Linguistic Corpora: a Guide to Good Practice,
http://www.ahds.ac.uk/creating/guides/linguistic-corpora/index.htm,
and for an intro to programming for, Allen B. Downey, Jeffrey Elkner
and Chris Meyers: How to Think Like a Computer Scientist: Learning
with Python (http://www.ibiblio.org/obp/thinkCSpy/)
Hope that helps,
Katrin
