Hello,

I´ve been using "Working with Specialized Language: A Practical Guide
to Using Corpora" (Bowker and Pearson - take a look at
http://www.routledge.com/textbooks/0415236991/about/about.html) with
my translation and terminology students and they just love it (some of
them are also second language teachers). The authors explain all
Corpus Linguistics basic concepts very well and clearly, even for an
absolute beginner, without favouring any specific tool.
I hope you also like it!
