[Corpora-List] POS Tagger

Dear Community

we need a POS-tagger that differentiates:

in English texts:
( the following features are of particular interest: )
-adjectives (base form/comparative/superlative)
-personal pronouns (singular/plural, 1st/2nd/3rd person)
-modal verbs
-modal particles
-connectors
-deictic expressions
(-verba dicendi and verba sentiendi if possible)

in German texts:
-Adjektive (Grundform/Komparativ/Superlativ)
-Personalpronomen (singular/plural; erste bis dritte Person)
-Modalverben
-Modalpartikel
-Konnektoren
-zusammengesetzte Verweiswörter
-deiktische Mittel
