[Corpora-List] English morphologic library (in Python)

Hello.

I am looking for free library, which can perform simple
transformations of English words, for example,
convert gerund into infinitive,
convert single noun into plurar one,
convert present form of verb into past (considering irregular verbs),
etc.

Can you help me?

Python is preferred but isn't severe.
