[Corpora-List] phonetic corpora of world language

[Tambovtsev: Yuri, Alina and Yuliana]

Dear Corpora colleagues, we are collecting phonetic corpora of world languages. Up till now some 150 phonetic corpora are at hand. Then we compare the phonetic corpora to each other to find the phonetic distances.
