Hi,

The 3rd and 4th Message Understanding Conferences (MUC) dealt with
what Reagan-era "analysts" at that time (well, maybe even now, who
knows) called "terrorist incidents". In reality they were
guerrilla-related incidents in Central America. So little in common,
in content at least, with what nowadays usually means islamic
fundamentalism-related attacks. Even if  this serves your purposes, I
don't really know if the test and training newswire corpus it is still
available, or if it is free.
