[Corpora-List] clinical corpora

Hello,

I'm planning to focus my dissertation research on interactions in English in clinical settings, especially between nurses and patients, families of patients, and other health care providers. I will be building my own corpus, but in the meantime, I would like to get my feet wet with an existing corpus. Does anyone know of an available oral English corpus in a related area?
