Future Fellowship Candidate Search

Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, seeks applicants for Australian
Research Council Future Fellowships in computer science.

Future Fellowships are prestigious four year awards aimed at mid-career
researchers made by the Australian Research Council following submissions by
the University.  Future Fellowships are awarded at the Senior Lecturer,
Associate Professor and full Professor levels and the  
award also includes A$50,000/yr for the support of the Fellow's research.
We expect continuing posts will be offered to the Future Fellowship Awardees
by Macquarie University.

Any area of computer science will be considered but precedence will be given
to applicants with outstanding track records in the areas which will enhance
and complement the Department's research strengths.  Details of Macquarie

Applicants will be assessed mainly on their track record, collaborative
experience and research congruence with the Department's research strengths
and vision. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and supported in the
preparation of a full application.

Indicative Salary Scales

Package (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer): A$121,000pa, including base salary
A$95,000, annual leave loading and 17% employer's superannuation
contribution.

Package (Senior Lecture/Associate Professor): A$147,000pa, including base
salary $115,000, annual leave loading and 17% employer's superannuation
contribution.

Package (Full Professor): $172,000pa, including base salary $135,000, annual
leave loading and 17% employer's superannuation contribution.
