[Corpora-List] Parts of speech distribution used by ELLs

Hi all,

Is anyone aware of studies done on English Language Learners' comparative
use of parts of speech comparable to the work done by Biber et al on their
LGSWE project looking at the distribution of nouns, verbs, adjectives, and
adverbs?
