[Corpora-List] A tool for corpus management?

Gate (gate.ac.uk) can be used for corpora management, it is a free tool and
I am sure you can add and edit files and efficiently save all sorts of
annotations. About the searching and words/tags statistics capabilities I'm
not sure whether this is provided out-of-the-box or if you will need to
install additional plugins.
