Hi Yuri,

The Hebrew Treebank corpus from the Mila Knowledge Center for Processing
Hebrew has a transliterated version. It is available here
http://www.mila.cs.technion.ac.il/mila/eng/resources_treebank.html
The transcription that was used is described in
