I have been doing corresponding google searches but nothing clear comes out

In principle, the Sinica Treebank should be in traditional Chinese
http://ckip.iis.sinica.edu.tw/CKIP/engversion/treebank.htm
since it was created by people in Taiwan. They also have a word segmentation
web service.
