[Corpora-List] : Loanwords

Dear all,

I am currently writing my theses on “The relationship between  
pronunciation and spelling of loanwords in the Late Modern English  
Period”. I am still in an early stage (reading), and I was wondering  
if you could recommend any readings for the definition and  
classification of loanwords. As well as any book/paper dealing with  
loanwords in English in the Late Modern English period.
